We believe that we offer superior network services and want
you to be happy with your selection of Desertknight as your web
host provider. Many web hosting companies give uptime guarantees
but do not explain the details to their customers. We guarantee
our servers will be operational 24/7/365 99.9% of the
time on average 12-months out of the year. Any
maintenance performed on the servers that will require reboots
or down time for any reason will be scheduled during off peak
times (CST) and with at least a 24-hour notice to our
customers.
